We have made it easy to return your products for a refund or exchange. We have a 14 day return policy on unused items.

Step one:

  • Buy our return label and receive our return form HERE (the return form and return label are delivered as PDF files to your e-mail after you have paid for the return label).
  • Print your return label and return form. Then fill out the return form.
  • Remember - If you want to exchange a product for another size or model, please inform us about the size and model you want your product to be exchanged with. Write it in the comments section of your return form, which must be included in the package followed by the product you want to exchange.
  • Put the product back in the return package (you can reuse the original packaging for this). 

Step 2.

  • Put your return label on the outside of the return package.
  • Seal the package well so that it is not damaged during shipment.

Step 3.

  • That's it - you're ready to send the package back.
  • Deliver the package to your nearest DAO store.

 

Step 4.

  • As soon as we have processed your return package, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • Once we have processed your return package, we will make a refund. We process your return package within a maximum of 5-10 working days. Then it can take up to 10-14 working days before you see the money in your bank account, it depends on what type of card you have used and which bank you are a customer of.

We do not take back products if they:

- Do not appear as new

- Strong smell of perfume or other

- Have been exposed to smoke

- Have been washed

- Traces of fur from animals

- Not packed properly.

 

NOTE: The shipping costs associated with returning items are NOT covered unless there has been an error in connection with your order / product or unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints

If you have a product with manufacturing defects, or would like to complain about a product, please send an email with pictures to hello@lanolacopenhagen.com 

You will then be informed of any further developments in connection with your complaint.

Fees: An additional shipping fee of 49.50DKK is charged when you buy a return label via the following link: https://return.shipmondo.com/lousianacopenhagen-return - The amount covers the shipment back to us. If you want to exchange an item or size, we will pay the shipment back to you again. So you can exchange the product and only pay for the shipment back to us.
