Return

We've made returning your products for refund or exchange easy. You have a 14 day return policy on unused products.

IMPORTANT: All return and exchange packages must be sent through the link below. Otherwise we cannot track the package in our system.

Step one :

  • Purchase our return label and receive our return form HERE (the Return form and return shipping label will be provided as PDF files to your e-mail after you have paid for the return label).
  • Print your return label and return form. Please then fill out the return form.
  • Remember - If you would like to exchange a product to a different size or model, you need to inform us what size and model you would like your product to be exhanged to, by writing it in the comment section on your return form, that needs to go inside the package, followed by the product you want to exhange.
  • Put the product back in the return package (you can reuse our bag/package for this). 

Step 2.

  • Put your return label on the outside of the return package.
  • Seal the package well so that it does not become damaged during shipment.

Step 3.

  • That was it - you are now ready to send the package back.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest DAO Shop.


Step 4.

  • As soon as we have processed your return package, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
  • Once we have processed your return, we will do a refund. We will process your return within max. 5 business days. Then it may take up to 10-14 business days before you see the money in your bank account, this depends on which type of card you have used as well as which bank you are a customer of.

We do not take products back if they:

- Do not appear as new
- Strong smell of perfume or other
- Have been exposed to smoke
- Has been washed
- Affixed to fur from animals
- Not have been firmly packed down.

 

NOTE: The shipping costs associated with returning items are NOT covered, unless there has been an error in connection with your order/product or if otherwise agreed.

Complaints
If you have a product with manufacturing defects or want to complain about a product, please send an email with pictures to info@lanolacopenhagen.com 

You will then be informed of any further developments in connection with your complaint.

Return Fees
There will be an extra shipping fee of 49,50DKK when you make a return label via the following link: https://return.shipmondo.com/lousianacopenhagen-return - the Amount covers the shipment back to us. If you want an exchange of goods or size, we pay for the shipping back to you again. So you can exchange the product and only pay for the shipping back to us.
